This old 1950's round, domed, bank building was where I first installed The Doctor Kellogg Discovery Center.  We eventually moved it directly into Historic Adventist Village.  Soon after that, The Battle Creek Lifestyle Health Center commissioned me to design a restaurant in this building for their patients and the public.  Those large windows on the right are not real.  They make up a back-lit window façade with a mountainous mural.   I designed the dome to go from a sunny day to a star-filled night scene at the slide of a switch.
This is for health presentations in the restaurant -  for the patients at the Lifestyle Health Center
These Hearth Express concept drawings were handed to me for detailing and color concepts.
KFC Concepts were handed to me for detailing, landscaping, and color conceptualizing.

The Papa John rough concepts were handed to me for detailing, and color conceptuals.

This RKO Studio concept was handed to me as a rough, incomplete skeleton of a sketch. My task was to tighten it up, correct perspective, add the background buildings and the ceiling work and the people, then marker render it into a beautiful night scene.
This was delivered to me as a line drawing.  My task was to color it into an exciting night scene dance club.
A rough line drawing was given to me to add the missing detail, and color it with the appropriate lighting.
A business man owned this old silo compound and wanted to turn it into a sports grill.  He commissioned me to create three drawings to give the bankers and developers an idea of what it might look like when finished.   I created an exterior day scene, an exterior night scene, and an interior view.
